Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
mate-submodules could not be built reproducibly.
This is because it misses the "--owner=0 --group=0 --numeric-owner"
arguments to tar(1), and the call to --sort=name actually needs to be
reworked into the subshell call to find(1).
Patch attached.
