My plan so far has been to wait for another upstream release, but that of course was while I had forgotten that 2.3 was during the bullseye freeze and hence didn't get uploaded. So... what do I do with the changelog? Squash the two entries? With the October timestamp? And yes, I'm sure Ole (who's uploaded so far) will not be unhappy at all if you sponsor the upload.
