I added the ',' char and changed the rgb path to "/usr/share/X11/rgb"
Info from my system

#> dpkg -S /usr/share/X11/rgb.txt
x11-common: /usr/share/X11/rgb.txt

x11-common: /etc/X11/rgb.txt
The path "/usr/share/X11/rgb" should work.
