I'm working on packaging plaso 20211024, but there are several new as
well as bumped dependencies missing.

This bug is primarily for tracking them. Accordingly I'll block the bug
with the other bug reports (at least for those packages not maintained
by the Debian Security Tools Team or RFP/ITP bug reports).

So far I've noticed these open issues:

Package not yet updated to the current/needed upstream release:

* python3-artifacts (>= 20211012)
* python3-dfdatetime (>= 20210509)
* python3-dfvfs (>= 20211017)
* python3-libevtx (>= 20210424)

These four are from the Debian Security Tools Team, so I'll have a look
there myself.

* python3-pyparsing (>= 3.0.0)

This is from the Debian Python Modules Team. I'll open a bug report
about this.

The following new upstream dependencies seem not yet packaged at all:

* libmodi: https://github.com/libyal/libmodi
* libvsgpt: https://github.com/libyal/libvsgpt

Since the Debian Security Tools Team already packages a bunch of other
libraries from the libyal family, I'll look into packaging them and at
least will open RFPs or probably ITPs blocking this bug report.

I'll also look into if it's possible to skip/disable them in the package
for now.
