I tested 0.3.39 and there no soundcard is found anymore. With pw-top no soundcard is listed: No internal laptop card and no external (here Focusrite Starlett 2i2). Because of this all sound dependend services are blocked (no video starting, no audio)
When going back to 0.3.38-2 everything is listed up fine and working as expected.
