Package: pipewire-bin Version: 0.3.39-1 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: gokalpceliksente...@gmail.com
Dear Maintainer, pipewire 0.3.39 replaces pipewire-media-session with wireplumber and recent upgrade removes media-session. Since wireplumber is not installed automatically instead users will be left without audio on the first restart. Reinstalling wireplumber manually and starting the user service eliminates the issue wireplumber should be an automatic install for this release of the package. -- System Information: Debian Release: bookworm/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.14.0-3-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages pipewire-bin depends on: ii libasound2 1.2.5.1-1 ii libc6 2.32-4 ii libdbus-1-3 1.12.20-2 ii libncursesw6 6.2+20210905-1 ii libpipewire-0.3-0 0.3.39-1 ii libpipewire-0.3-modules 0.3.39-1 ii libreadline8 8.1-2 ii libsndfile1 1.0.31-2 ii libtinfo6 6.2+20210905-1 Versions of packages pipewire-bin recommends: ii rtkit 0.13-4 ii wireplumber 0.4.4-1 pipewire-bin suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
