The warning seems to come from libxt6:

$ dgrep 'Cannot convert string' libxt6
grep: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.so.6.0.0: binary file matches
grep: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXt.so.6: binary file matches

I suppose that it is unrelated to the segmentation fault.
