mesa recently moved to llvm-toolchain-13, which might have been too soon:
* it fails to build on i386 (#995786, fixed upstream), leading to multiarch
skew that prevents upgrading mesa on amd64 with a foreign i386
architecture;
* llvm-toolchain-13 fails to build on architectures that need more -latomic
(#995827), so even with the i386 issue fixed, it won't be buildable on
all release architectures and therefore can't migrate to testing
Does the new Mesa genuinely need LLVM 13, or would it maybe make sense
to stick to LLVM 12 until LLVM 13 is more ready?
Thanks,

Yes it was too soon, reverted in -2.
