I do not see a mail from Steve regarding lightyears (at least on the 2
RC bugs) in more than a year; i suspect waiting longer wont help.

Upstream ported this project to py3k, so now that you've imported this
in the games team, please proceed with upgrading it to the latest
version and upload it to unstable, so that we can formalize the
transition and we can remove the dead repo from the python team org.
