This is actually done by dbconfig-common, check
/usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/webcalendar/install/{mysql,pgsql}. The
webcalendar/sql/tables-mysql.sql (and others) is provided so you can do a
manual install if you prefer. dbconfig-common makes handling common
database install/maintanance relatively easy.
