Hi Russell,
I've uploaded a change to bonnie++ to Ubuntu to fix the build failure, by
passing -std=c++11 to g++ instead of requiring it to be compatible with the
newer C++17 standard. Please find the trivial patch attached.
You may of course prefer to update the source to be C++17 compatible, but in
the meantime this would fix the build failure.
