nothing, so if that's what is necessary to get something into the
release notes, then how about the attached?

Feedback on !119 / #992025 was that some people would rather a much
shorter note on the improved support for alternative inits, and a link
to the Debian wiki for more detailed instructions.
I think this approach is less helpful to our users, but something is
better than nothing...
