The missing dependency alone is already an RC bug,
correcting the severity back to RC.

It would be a pity if noone bothers enough to get this package
in a shape so that it can get shipped in bullseye.

Unfortunately the bug report mixes what looks like two different issues:
1. The missing dependency is clearly RC and fixable by any DD.
2. Is the default setup after package installation with inetd working
   for you?
