Please refer to the AUTHORS file distributed with
OpenStackClient.
COPYRIGHT
Copyright 2011-2014 OpenStack Foundation and the authors
listed in the AUTHORS file.
Yet the AUTHORS file (provided in the upstream release tarballs,
generated by PBR from metadata in the Git repository) is not included
with the binary or source package in Debian.
We can also discuss upstream eliminating this particular reference to
the AUTHORS file (which is why I'm reporting this at normal severity
instead of serious), but at least for the moment it's inconsistent in
Debian.
