Bug#990241: golang-github-prometheus-common will be broken in go 1.16

Package: golang-github-prometheus-common
Version: 0.15.0-2

Golang 1.16 will break some of the tests in this package. The fixes already
exist upstream, so pulling in a new upstream version should fix this issue.
