However, https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/resources.html#irc-channels still mentions freenode IRC network and provides link to external freenode documentation. Please consider updating the content and possibly provide pointers to https://libera.chat/ . Thanks, Boyuan Yang
