Dear Maintainer, Trying to install Netbeans i thought i found it in testing (bullseye) - https://packages.debian.org/source/stretch/netbeans I know realize that's only the 'source', but i feel that if there is no corresponding actual package some explanation should be identifiable on the source page. Moreover the tracker makes it look like everything is OK: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/netbeans So, i'm trying to figure out how to 'sudo apt install netbeans' -- having that work, of course, would be fantastic, if there's just one minor hiccup with producing the package. But i'm also hoping that messages on packages.debian.org, in apt, and in the Software app can be improved. Status and next steps being clear to all would be very helpful for both users and potential contributors. Thank you!!! -- System Information: Debian Release: 11.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (900, 'testing'), (500, 'testing-security'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 5.10.0-7-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)
