The description is wrong in the sense that:
_ effects are planned for the 0.10.2 release
_ capture is planned for the 0.10.3 release
I'm about to release 0.10.1 which has a lot of bugfixes and
usability enhancements. Starting from this release, you can expect a
real release every 3-5 weeks.
