I found the README.Debian very challenging to understand. My efforts to find supplemental support, including on wiki.debian.org, radicale.org and even looking up uWSGI were equally frustrated. For starters, my understanding is that sysV != systemd, so it wasn't clear to me that disabling radicale.service was explained in this paragraph. I have other comments about the documentation and, with your support, I'm happy to draft changes to the wiki and Readme that may help reduce your service calls. Let me know :-)
