rsyslog should use separate entries for each log file in
/etc/logrotate.d/rsyslog.
Unfortunately this is not a good idea and we actually went the other way
just recently.

If there was a way to issue a single postrotate after all log files have
been processed, then we could split the rules up. But unfortunately
ttbomk logrotate doesn't provide such a facility.
