Bug#966675: virt-v2v missing

During contribution to https://github.com/vagrant-libvirt/vagrant-libvirt/issues/1256, I found that virt-v2v would be a good choice for export/import instance as Vagrant Box internal format; BTW, I am using Ubuntu 20.10 and found that it is now missing virt-v2v package due to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=966675...

After follow https://wiki.debian.org/HowToPackageForDebian and https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/maint-guide/first.en.html#dh-make, referencing changes from https://salsa.debian.org/libvirt-team/virt-p2v, I could create a Debian package for https://download.libguestfs.org/virt-v2v/1.44-stable/virt-v2v-1.44.0.tar.gz as below:

 *
