sysvinit links -lcrypt for sulogin. As such it now needs libxcrypt-dev. It was formerly part of glibc and therefore glibc currently carries a transitional dependency on libxcrypt-dev. However, that dependency had to be removed during architecture bootstrap so packages relevant to architecture bootstrap need to depend on libxcrypt-dev now already. Please add libxcrypt-dev to sysvinit's Build-Depends. Helmut
