This seems the same as bug #981485 but I've upgraded to this version
that is supposed to fix that, and still happening.
It's not clear to me which message is causing the problem. Especially
since it seems to be trying to upload a message from inbox, but I normally
don't make changes to inbox that would need to upload a new message.
(I'm very surprised that offlineimap would be concerning itself with the
encoding of emails at all.)
