Rmail refuses to import any new messages from the system inbox file or
from RMAILOSE.N files and fails with the following message in the echo
area:
rmail-get-new-mail: Wrong type argument: char-or-string-p, nil
I can reproduce this error with `emacs-snapshot -Q' using the following
commands and example RMAILOSE file containing a single message:
M-x rmail <RET>
1 g ~/RMAILOSE.example <RET>
