This package was intended to serve as a precondition for
r-cran-genieclust version 0.9.8
However, it contains old Mlpack code which is not maintained since six
years. So it would be better to rather convince genieclust upstream to
switch to Mlpack 3.x which is maintained upstream. This is discussed
on the Debian R mailing list.
