and I understand that you canceled the NMU, but please dont trash the whole diff away, it addresses a lot of problems that are old or RC on the BTS (don't be suprised to be NMU-ed with a 30 days old RC bug on your package), and the other are RC packaging problems: - having debian/*.ex files is RC (ftp master refuses packages that have those). - my debian/copyright is maybe wrong (but I really need a clarification on this, so that I don't do the same mistake twice, please tell me) but yours is clearly incomplete (this is also RC) Having both .install and .files files is confusing enough to deserve an important bug. Same is for the non used anymore debian/libosip2.* osip.1 beeing distrubuted upstream and not in the package is also clumsy. the rest (DH_COMPAT to 5, Standars-Version to 3.6.2) is just coemecitc. So I really hope you will include in your next (coming ?) upload most of the changes I did. Else I will open bugs to ask them to be fixed.
