As a workaround, you can comment out
interface=lo
and
listen-address=127.0.0.1
from /etc/dnsmasq.conf. They're not doing anything anyway, since the
loopback interface is automatically included
I'll wait a day or two in case anything else come out of the woodwork,
then release a fixed version. I suspect that a fairly small proportion
of configurations out there will tickle this bug. (It requires
"bind-interfaces" set as well, to cause the problem.)
