Dear Staszek, are you the maintainer of the plbib.bib file on CTAN, or do you know the maintainer? There's a small problem with it which could easily be fixed: The file contains the lines, maybe a comment by Thomas Esser:

But for bibtex, % is not a comment sign, it simply ignores everything that doesn't look like a bibtex entry - but @gust from the e-mail address is interpreted as the start of an entry type gust. Therefore bibtex generates an error message whenever that bib file is loaded.
