The latest upload of package pastel in Debian was not a source-only upload. As a result, the package did not migrate to Testing. Since we are in freeze period of Debian 11 release, this package will miss Debian 11 if this issue is not solved. Please make another source-only upload as described in https://wiki.debian.org/SourceOnlyUpload . I will prepare a no-change Non-Maintainer Upload and upload onto DELAYED/3 as well in case you don't have enough time to fix this issue. (The deadline is Feb. 6, 2021 for soft freeze.)
