I opened a djvu file
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
According to the documentation, either ctrl-a and then dragging a box or ctrl
whilst dragging a box should present an option to create either an annotation
or highlight the region.
* What was the outcome of this action?
This option never appears.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expected to be able to create an annotation.
