When installing preload: Setting up preload (0.2-5) ... dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute post-installation script: Exec format error dpkg: error processing preload (--configure): subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2 Errors were encountered while processing: preload E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) This is caused by an extra newline at the beginning of the postinst script, before the #! line.
