Thanks for clarifying that.
While at it, I suggest to explicitly document that whereas components
each use a separate Files-Excluded-${COMPONENT}: fields, they apparently
all share a single Files-Included: field, because (at least for me) that
is counter-intuitive.
...or please tell if that's a bug that I should rather file separately.
