Hello, When the appropriate env variables are not set or failed to be set, dch will use the name from getpwuid or from last entry, but it will build the email from username and FQDN. While the name or even the localpart of the email will probably be correct, the FQDN is unlikely to be the correct mail domain unless this tool was run that server. It might be difficult to notice that something went wrong if the other 2 parts are correct. I propose to print a warning when this fallback is used.
