There were a couple of tests that were failing due to issues similar to what you describe. Additionally, Carlos Garcia made several fixes to libsoup to get all webkit websocket tests to pass, so it might just be a matter of upgrading to at least 2.68. Could you try and see if you can still reproduce the issue with that or a newer version of libsoup?
