Hi Paul, I am pretty sure the culprit is this upstream issue: https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/bind9/-/issues/2305
So, the bug should resolve itself when BIND 9.16.10 is uploaded to the archive. If not, I'll modify the autopkgtest.
