That was not intended, but the format for specifying removal requests does not allow for distinguishing binary and source packages of the sae name and thus the removal request for the cruft nvidia-settings binary package was handled as a removal of the nvidia-settings source package on these architectures. @Graham: can you trigger a rebuild (binNMU?) on these three architectures or does this need a sourceful upload?
