please consider giving the bug important severity as the webinterface is
not accessable at all (unless modifying the URL manually after logging
in). on the sogo mailinglist another user confirmed the bug:

i found a workaround for the issue on a bug report of the sogo ubuntu
package (4.1.1) on arm:

putting "LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libssl.so.1.1" into
/etc/default/sogo helps.
