Package: nano
Version: 5.2
Severity: minor

Hi,

Today I installed a Debian-derivative, and found the following
strange lines in the provided /etc/nanorc:

  # include "@PKGDATADIR@/html.nanorc"
  # include "@PKGDATADIR@/python.nanorc"
  # include "@PKGDATADIR@/sh.nanorc"

That "@PKGDATADIR@" shouldn't be there. It looks like the file
'doc/sample.nanorc.in' instead of 'doc/sample.nanorc' has been
copied to /etc/. There is a further malformed line:

  ## In @PKGDATADIR@/extra/ you can find some syntaxes that are

This is what those four lines from 'doc/sample.nanorc' look like:

  # include "/usr/share/nano/html.nanorc"
  # include "/usr/share/nano/python.nanorc"
  # include "/usr/share/nano/sh.nanorc"

  ## In /usr/share/nano/extra/ you can find some syntaxes that are

I've checked that a nano_5.3-1_amd64.deb downloaded from a Debian
mirror still contains those malformed lines in the included /etc/nanorc.

It would be nice if this would get fixed for the next iteration.
