Package: src:pandas Version: 1.1.3+dfsg-2 python3-pandas depends on
python3-pandas-lib (>= ${source:Version}),
This makes the package uninstallable once a build for an architecture fails or
is late. It only works for binNMUs in Debian (Ubuntu is doing sourceful uploads
for transitions). Is there a reason for that tight dependency, or could that be
relaxed a bit?
