Longer as in filesize of the html?  Please give an example of such a
webpage.

Does it happen even with a new user?  Run with -safe-mode?

BTW, this bug used to be closed (though there is some confusion about
that).  I'm reopening it now, but it is a pain to deal with bugs where
multiple people report possibly-different problems.  It is both too
difficult to ask them all to test something (and wait), and too easy
to upset somebody by closing a bug where they reported a problem that
isn't fixed for them.
