cl-sql builds a cl-sql-sqlite binary package, which is depended on by
cl-sql-tests, and apparently nothing else in Debian. This is a binding
for sqlite 2, which was superseded in 2004 and is planned to be removed
(see #607969).
Please remove the cl-sql-sqlite binary package and the libsqlite0-dev
build-dependency.
This bug is currently non-RC, but is very likely to become RC soon.
