Installed pitivi. Ran `pitivi`; got this error message:

-> enables visual notifications when rendering is complete

-> additional multimedia codecs through the GStreamer Libav library
Installed gir1.2-peas-1.0 which required libpeas-1.0-0
Ran `pitivi`; presented with the pitivi GUI.
Quit pitivi. Un-installed gir1.2-peas-1.0, but left libpeas-1.0-0
installed. Ran `pitivi`; got the error message above.
(Note, due to the previously reported issue #971949 "pitivi: missing
dependency on gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0", I had already installed
gir1.2-gst-plugins-bad-1.0.)
