/usr/bin/X11 is a symlink to /usr/X11R6/bin, no moving needed.

xclip is in X11R6 since it was there before and I didn't see a reason to
move it. Policy does call for X11R6 to be deprecated so I guess it makes
sense to move xclip to /usr/bin.
