I assume you are not satisfied with current situation, so I will
provide a procedure for fixing this bug:
1. "general" should be disabled.
2. "multiple-packages" should handle bugs about multiple packages.
Maintainer should be [email protected].
3. "dont-know" should handle bugs where the submitter does not know the
right package. Maintainer should be [email protected].
"general" could be kept instead of "multiple-packages" if you accept
the risk of confusion with "dont-know".
