I'm not sure what entry you mean.  I installed the acroread plugin
from that site, and it doesn't prompt me.  The only relevant
configuration seems to be "use this application for that filetype,
without prompting", and I don't see how to add an "prompt me for these
files".

I *do* noticate that after "remove action", the PDF entry still
exists, but with the "remove action" button disabled.  Is that the
focus of this bug report?

(BTW, why not just use xpdf?)
