$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/no-mac-addr-change.conf
wpasupplicant: /usr/lib/NetworkManager/conf.d/no-mac-addr-change.conf


Wrong package, so reassigning. Not sure if wpasupplicant should actually
override NM behaviour this way, tbh.
