Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
mrbayes could not be built reproducibly.
This is because it ships a generated Makefile that contains various
non-deterministic paths. (You remove "Makefile.*" files, but not a
"Makefile") by itself.
