Control: severity -1 minor

I understand. It was not my intention to claim these changes as required, but
merely would be nice. I'm glad to work on these. My purpose in pointing out
the discrepancies was to demonstrate potential merits of an overhaul. You know
the history much better and thought you might prefer to do it yourself anyway,
rather than review someone else's attempt.

I think I understand what you mean now: since Pari is not a parser generator
now, they are GPL 2+ at this moment and thereafter, so the point is moot.
If they were to be severed from Pari into another project, the Bison exception
gives permission to use whatever license you please anyway.

If they were to be severed from the source tree, which is part of the FTP
archive, a user might want to know they can be used under more permissive
terms. This would be only informative.
