If you mean the package was uploaded in September then that's odd: It does not show as being held back in NEW queue: https://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html Perhaps it failed to enter NEW queue at all (has happened a few times for me). I can recommend to check above web page and/or pay attention to confirmation email, that it really has entered the NEW queue.
