The upstream repository does not seem to contain a license for the Java port, only an acknowledgment of the Go base. It's unlikely that the “Go authors“ wrote the Java port. Is this really distributable? Some files (java/com/google/re2j/Matcher.java for example) do not even refer to the LICENSE file, making the distribution terms even less clear.
